Our ordering pages are secure meaning all information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. All personal information is used for the purpose of completing orders and to keep you updated regarding swimpaddles dot com and Aqua Moon Adventures activities. Our e-mailing list is a permission based opt-in list with unsubscribe instructions.

PO’s
YMCA’s, High Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Municipalities are eligible to purchase with PO’s –contact us via email should you want this option.

Shipping Policies:
IMPORTANT! The shipping values utilized during checkout do not include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or International orders. Please email us prior to placing an order for shipping to these destinations. International orders require advance payment in US Funds, money order or equivalent, prior to an order. For merchandise over $250.00 shipping & handling will be added according to weight of package. Customer authorizes payment for said additional shipping charges.

All products are shipped F.O.B. City, State U.P.S., Federal Express, or U.S.P.S unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling costs are determined by quantity, weight and/or size of product.

In cases where orders are placed that include multiple items, some items may be shipped separately.

Although most products are in stock and will ship on the same or next day from when order is placed, please allow 2 to 10 business days for processing plus shipping time. If products are backordered, you will be notified.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all products. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases that arise from our mistakes.

Please contact us before returning any parts to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. You may contact us by email. contact us

At the time you receive your RMA number you will also be given the correct address to use for return shipping.

Please write your RMA number in large print on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of your original invoice.

Note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, except in cases that arise from our mistakes. Products returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be given on products only, not shipping. All products must be returned in the original package, cannot have been damaged and must be in original condition. All returned products must be sent freight prepaid.

Use of Products
SwimPaddles dot com and Aqua Moon Adventures assume no liability whatsoever for injury or claim of injury said to be resulting from the use of our products. Purchaser assumes all liability for the use of any products purchased.
